Who Is Nicole Thibeault?
Nicole is a Certified Personal Trainer since 2015, turned Integrative Health Practitioner. She has supported hundreds of women in transforming their body from a fitness perspective. Yet as a PT, she knew something was missing…After struggling and overcoming issues with:
- Gut Health: Bloating, indigestion, pains
- Hormones: Hormonal acne, missed periods, painful periods
- Nervous System: Anxiety, depressive states, mood swings
- Lifestyle: High stress, busy, strict diet / exercise
Nicole realized there is SO much more to achieving ones optimal state of wellness that is not discussed enough in the health industry. That’s when she decided to become her own health advocate and further her education in Integrative Health.
