When everything
fell apart.

When I went off birth control, my skin broke out, my strength disappeared, I was gaining weight in places I never had before — and I was never full. 2,000+ calories a day and still searching for something.

But the hardest part wasn't even the physical stuff. It was what I was using food for. Eating to numb loneliness, to push down feelings I didn't want to feel. Coming home after a full restaurant meal and eating again — not because I was hungry, but because something inside felt empty.

100% virtual. Coaching sessions happen via Zoom and all daily support is through a private messenger app. You can be anywhere in the world.

No — lab testing is an optional add-on. The program works without it, but functional labs give us a massive head start in identifying exactly what's driving your symptoms. We'll discuss what makes sense for you on your discovery call.

Programs run 12–24 weeks depending on your goals and root causes. Most clients see significant shifts in the first 2–4 weeks and continue to build on those results throughout.
